FAMILY and FRIENDS

In 1995, Juan met Frances at an undisclosed night club where she was working at in Tampa Florida. It was truly love... or... lust at first sight. They immediately hit it off when they started talking about the ocean and scuba diving. Since that day, the adventure, excitement, and laughter has continued for over 20 years. Besides having alot in common, Juan and Frances attribute their healthy and happy marriage to God; they always keep God at the center of their marriage. They love the outdoors, traveling, and attending concerts and a variety of sporting events. Ohana, (family--part of Hawaiian culture), has always been important to Juan and Frances. They have three boys (Joshua, Corey, and Christopher) and six grandchildren (Maddox, Niah, Liam, Lydia, Gabriel, and Kennedy).  Juan and Frances currently reside in their custom-built cedar salt box style home outside of Tampa, Florida.

To keep up with their grandkids and stay in shape, they work-out at LA Fitness. Besides working out their bodies, they have also used ink to highlight important and meaningful aspects of their lives. Juan and Frances have always loved tattoos and what they mean to them. For obvious reasons, Juan has a cross on one shoulder/arm and a shark on the other. Both pieces of art are accented with tribal work. In general, tribal art can mean different things, but to Juan it represents freedom and spirituality. He recently added some more ink to carry the theme to his trapezius and upper back. Frances has various pieces of art placed strategically throughout her body that represent important times or themes in her life, like Faith, Hope, and Love. She also has a wave with the word Ohana tattooed on the back of her neck, which means family. One cool tattoo around her bicep is fishing hooks. All of their work has been done by one artist named Evil Don in St. Petersburg, Florida.
